SOAR - Strategy-Organization-Aspiration-Resilience

This year-long business leadership program is aimed at those small business owners and entrepreneurs that are looking to take their business to the next level. The program begins with 4 weeks of leadership development training that transitions into facilitated roundtables for the following 11 months.

Program Eligibility:
In order to participate in the SOAR program, the business is required to have been in operations for 2 years with an annual revenue of at least $250,000.

All classes will be offered in a digital format (GoToMeeting) with corresponding business guidance available in-person (Albany, NY office only), via digital platform (Zoom, Teams, Google HangOuts, GoToMeeting & Skype) or via telephone.
