This workshop gives pointers on how to successfully negotiate a lease that serves the business owner's interests and minimizes his or her risk. There will be discussion of how to negotiate, what to negotiate, and what information can be useful before you negotiate. In addition, there will be some information about the impact of COVID-19 o n existing information about the impact of COVID-19 on existing leases, and lease negotiations.
