Business First Wednesday The SUNY Brockport Small Business Development Center and the Business Insight Center of the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County are hosting the program. Capturing these sales requires focus, follow through and timely execution. You will gain insight into easy to plan and effective activities to encourage increased sales. The National Retail Federation reported that in-store retail sales are expected to grow 10.5% and online sales are expected to grow 13.54%. Additionally, this report points out that mobile phone access is critical to sales generation, as 67% of all online sales are generated from smart phones. Join us to hear how you can succeed in the final stretch of the holiday season.
