Carla Vazquez, Certified Business Advisor, and Jon Lazenby, Attorney, will present "Legal Considerations for Starting a Small Business." Those attending will learn about key basic legal issues that need to be addressed when starting a small business. Topics discussed will include choice of business entity, intellectual property, contracts, and more. The program is appropriate for both first-time entrepreneurs and those who have recently started a small business. Mr. Lazenby's legal practice specializes in counseling small businesses.

This seminar continues the First Wednesday small business seminar series, which are generally held on Wednesdays each month, January through June, at the Central Library of Rochester & Monroe County.
